What gets deleted
- Your user account, profile, and login credentials
- If you are the tenant owner: the entire restaurant workspace — every branch, menu item, customer record, order, reservation, employee, supplier, inventory item, and AI insight tied to that workspace.
- All uploaded files (invoices, contracts, receipts) on Kappino servers
- Connected social, WhatsApp, and email integrations are revoked
What we retain (and why)
- An anonymized audit ledger row (tenant id, timestamp, row counts at deletion) so we can prove the deletion happened if regulators or you ask later. It contains no personal identifiers other than the email that triggered the request.
- Financial records we are legally required to keep (invoices issued to you by Kappino) for the period mandated by tax authorities in your jurisdiction.
Can't sign in? If you've lost access to your account but still want it deleted, email privacy@kappino.com from the address registered on the account. Include your restaurant name. We respond within 7 working days.
